Summary

Under the direction of the CFO, the Controller is responsible for the oversight of the accounting and finance activities at imageOne. This role is responsible for coaching and developing the team members in the department. The Controller and team produce accurate and timely financial statements and other reports. The Controller also implements finance and accounting policies and procedures. These accurate financial statements and other data/reports are necessary for budgetary and financial decision-making. The Controller also manages processes and relationships with outside vendors for taxes, insurance, and human resources.

Reconciling bank accounts
Oversee AP/AR
Inventory control
Cash flow management
Financial reporting
Coordinating with outside parties (banks, tax professionals)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of experience leading a team of accounting and finance professionals
2+ years of experience with ERP systems
Highly organized with demonstrated follow-through
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and adapts well to change
Self-motivated, exceptional at prioritizing, and leading a team
