As an Account Manageryou will be super excited to dig deep and really get to know our customers.  As part of the sales organization, this role is responsible for account renewal and upselling, as well as expansion of revenue within a specific named account list. You will be relentless in finding new ways to improve their customer experience with imageOne. Generating additional income from existing customers will be the result of your efforts and a measurable success factor of your role!  You will support our sales team, manage customer relationships, and develop new business from those customers. And we have amazing customers!!

  • Responsible for the sales target for Upsell Sales and Renewals depending on assigned account target list 
  • Research and generate existing customer quotes and proposals 
  • Prepare and complete Customer Business Reviews 
  • Follow iO sales processes including CRM  
  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other functions to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage complex deal cycles – mid-level to enterprise accounts  
  • Manage and nurture account relationships resulting in long-term, mutually beneficial strategic partnerships
  • Responsible for identifying customer needs, educating them on potential solutions, communicating potential solution options and negotiating with key stakeholders to produce a recurring revenue contract

  • Developing an accurate sales renewal pipeline 
  • Upselling within accounts  
  • Uncover opportunities for account expansion and spearhead execution  
  • Meeting and exceeding renewal targets 
  • A leader in collaborative, cross-functional planning 


  • 2+ years of experience in account management renewing deals  
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota on a multi-year basis  
  • Proven track record of stability at one, or a few companies, over a career  
  • BA/BS required
